Reveal something totally unexpected about yourself - Shock and awe awaits - Don't powerlevel

(At least) one time, I was the antithesis of the woke eight-year-old well before that was even a thing.

Basically, my leftist dad explained what communism was to nine-year-old me, just saying it was this system where everybody's equal as everything is public property and everyone has the same standard of living regardless of job; to paraphrase my immediate response, it was "How's that remotely equal? That just means the people in charge own/control literally everything while everyone else is extremely poor and owns nothing. And what's the point of working hard if you don't get any benefit from it?"

Unlike the aforementioned woke eight-year-old where the parent immediately says that's exactly right, my dad had to stop and think about what I said before admitting I kind of had a point there.
Speaking of, my dad was one of the most well-known users on Democratic Underground in the 2000's-mid 2010's. Almost every time I saw him on the computer he was on that site.

No really, I just did a Jewgle search of his username + DU and found a bunch of threads entirely about him on the first page of results.

Upwards of two decades playing gigs has left me with tinnitus so severe that I literally cannot bear silence. Without some sort of background noise (usually something like this), there is zero chance I can sleep.
Same! Just cozy up to a life full of the glorious bliss of various fans blowing peaceful blankets of white noise.

Background noise makes me paranoid that I won't hear something. When I sleep alone, I turn off all the appliances in the house.

Over the past six months my bowel movements have slowly shifted from being rock hard clog the toilet bricks to basically being a small degree removed from baby poop. Essentially diahhrea. I have not changed my diet or exercise patterns, yet here I am. Very strange.

I think I prefer it this way; I no longer spend twenty minutes sweating and straining. On and off the pot in no more than two minutes flat.

I share a name with someone who was quite famous in the 80s. I found out a while ago that we are indeed distant cousins, but I still just say "no relation," because explaining genealogy just makes me sound desperate for a connexion.

Despite not being a fan of disco in any way, Raffaella Carrá's "Tanti Auguri" is surprisingly comfy to my ears.

My preference is pink noise. White noise is a little harsh.

I've had coffee since I was four years old (no, it didn't make me hyper). Not sure if that contributes to the fact that I need five big cups for it to have any impact on sleep deprivation. I'm not addicted to coffee though; I pretty much only have it when tired.
