Maybe some kind of facial fillers. He looks younger, but with some altered features--why are his lips suddenly so thin? His eyes look more hooded/puffy as well. I don't think makeup can do that. So my guess is some combination of fillers and/or botox to mask the signs of aging on his face.

It's kind of a cliche to talk about how he talks in a gay way now, but that seems to be a habit that has slowly emerged for years. I assumed it was his alcoholism slowly killing his testosterone levels. Maybe it's killing his collagen as well.
