(((Richard B. Spencer))) - Child Porn Supporting "Founder" of the "Alt-Right", Cucked by ANTIFA, Soyboy, ALLEGED Wife Beater

No.

And when the term came into common usage, it meant something like "non-conservative anti-Democrat," to distinguish it from right-establishmentarianism and increasingly shitlib-dominated libertarianism, and it was the happenin' new thing.

Then suddenly Spencer was on every channel, gay-opping it to death.

Hm.

He didn't come up with the exact term, but he used it and the people latched on to it in that sense. That's the history around Spencer and the Alt-Right. He didn't "pop out of nowhere and steal our thunder!".

Spencer is such a strange case, plucked out of nowhere to do interviews on TV as the "leader of the alt-right", a nation-wide speaking tour, and then shifted to shilling for Biden, Vax mandates, going to war with Russia, increasing cencorship and shutting down free speech online, and all for what? Who the fuck is this guy? Where'd he come from?

Was it some kind of glowie-orchestrated plan to get the "alt-right" to identify with him because they are told he is their leader and then he shifts his policies to all be pro-war, pro-cencorship etc. and this would trick the online racists memers into supporting all this? If so, I'm not sure it worked, I think most of those people just think Spencer is a fat-titted fag now.

If it wasn't anyone pulling the strings from the background and Spencer is just a rich kid who used his parents money to get TV appearances and a speaking tour then the question becomes what does he actually beleive in and why should anyone care what he thinks?
My best understanding of Richard's flip-flopping is insecurity. He opted for the alt-right stigma to feel better about himself. When shit hit the fan, he threw everybody under the bus while proctoring himself as a messiah. Now, he's trying to jump ship to save his public image.

The damage is already done. He's insufferable either way.

Nah, Spencer has been around for a while. He is basically a dilettante who flits from one thing to another every couple of years, usually after he mismanaged something. His family’s stature and his education gives the false impression that he knows what the fuck he’s talking about. But there are some guys who are just born to be fuckups. He fucked up being the editor of Takimag, Radix, NPI, and the alt right.

He doesn’t feel he ever has any skin in the game because he gets $90k a year from his family trust. Even Sines v. Kessler hasn’t changed that, which is why he appears unmoved by the judgment against him. It’s why his opinions change to whatever is most convenient for him at the time. He will never put anything on the line for anything or anybody and doesn’t really hide it either. So anyone who still follows Spencer can’t really claim ignorance at this point.

I'm not trolling or anything but I just had to jump in to point out this the most butthurt thread ever seen on KF, the coping and seething is off the charts and not in a good way. Even the thread title reeks of hurt feelings; is the maker of this thread a schizo who thinks Spencer is a "Jew plant" who needs the triple parenthesis or are they just wild with butthurt and throwing passive-aggressive accusations randomly?

I lost count of how many times people ITT have called him ugly (he's strikingly handsome, only a coping manlet would deny this), made fun of his speaking style (he's highly educated and used to making high level arguments, only plebs suffering class anxiety would say he sounds "gay"), said he's a failure (he literally created the alt right, one of the biggest cultural phenomenons of the last decade, only jilted libertarians claim it is insignificant), clutched their pearls over him "beating his wife" (incel tell) and all the other charges against him used to cope with the fact he's a handsome, wealthy, creative genius who became a worldwide cultural phenomenon just doing what he pleased and saying what he liked.

Spencer has really exposed KF in these ways. I've been a long time reader of these forums but I must say I'm disappointed on this one. Being low class libertarians who can't cope with the fact that they are incel manlets without insulting Spencer doesn't exactly give you a right to make fun of lolcows tbh. Maybe it's time to consider changing yourselves instead of demanding Spencer change?
I can't believe this guy was the first one on all of KF to use the phrase "coping and seething"

It makes me wonder what it his next contrarian take will be, five years and then a decade and then twenty years from now.

Will we get Woke anti racist Spencer? Posadist Spencer? Think of the possibilities.

I wouldn't put it past him to come full circle and campaign for Trump in two years' time. He does seem to upend his gimmick in two year increments, like how back in 2020 he had an Iranian flag in his Twatter handle and was talking about "entrusting the Hagia Sophia to Muslims" about which, come to think of it, two years before that he instead had this to say. At this rate it's anyone's guess what level of contrarianism he'll be on after ten more iterations of that.

Bush era Neon Con. It's like an early 00's Republican but with Depache Mode and Magnum PI style fashion.

My understanding of how things played out is : Spencer had first started using the Gottfried originating term & created a website with the name years before it became a popular online thing, but he had already grown bored with, and stopped doing much with it, awhile also before it's online heights. It was well along in both the 2016 election and the alt right's popularity when he decided he did wanna be 'that autrite guy' and position himself as a leader of it, though no one already participating asked for this. Milo was also kinda acting like a leader, trs and the stormer didn't like him and the 'altlite' taking attention and paypigs they wanted, so they started dickriding Spencer, pushing him as the real leader, and adopting "we might as well be nazis" rhetoric, I 'd guess, as a means to cement they and their paypigs as different and toxic to the altlite

No he still used it and there were two different sites such as Altright.com and the Altright blog spot where he would post a lot of his podcasts. There was a time around 2014/2015 where he shifted more of his attention to his NPI responsibilities but he did still put out stuff under the Alt-Right brand. When people eventually started using it, it was only Spencer who saw himself as THE leader instead of a leader. However he held on to and used the term, the people who called themselves "Alt-Right" weren't in the Spencerian sense of the word. My point initially on that was that Spencer didn't "come out of no where" he was always around doing his thing, it's just that the people who claim that didn't follow any alternative right wing internet politics. It was niche of me to know who Richard Spencer was in 2012, but by 2015 anyone browsing should know who he is.

Milo wasn't a leader, Milo wrote an article about and explaining the Alt-Right. People found the article interesting, so Milo positioned himself as someone who "understood" the Alt-Right but neither his version nor the article he wrote actually accurate, in effect trying to funnel new people away from the Far-Right into some sort of Conspiracy Theorist, Trigger the Libs, alternative Liberalism. However, Milo and people he tard wrangled weren't connected to the Alt-Right that gathered at NPI. He wasn't the only person in this "Alt-Lite" as it was coined. Hell, Nick Fuentes was part of this faction, as was Alex Jones.

TRS and Daily Stormer were well established brands by late 2015, and pretty popular as well. The reasoning, if I recall correctly, that Alt-Right seemed to be agreed on behind the scenes is to distinguish the new era of far-right politics from the WN 1.0 and from people like Greg Johnson who was pursuing his dream of a coalition of intellectuals and homosexuals being the future. They were somewhere in the middle, so wanted to create an identity based off that. It really had nothing to do with Milo and his brand. TRS and Daily Stormer were different back in 2015, TRS had yet to weather scandal after scandal and Daily Stormer used to write funny or insightful (about media narratives and how they say or structure a story to fit what they want you think) articles before Andrew Anglin lost his mind and Weev got his dirty mitts on him. This was also before all the crazy web censorship.

As I said before, if Milo didn't write that article and co op the term to spread to people who wanted to be edgelords but didn't sincerely believe in the politics, the waters would be clear. From the perspective of someone who saw this "rise and fall" to see people say stuff like "Richard Spencer came out of nowhere to co-opt our thing!" is truly indicative of a bias on their end. I hope by talking about it though others can learn the actual story, because most of the people who formed the Alt-Lite and claimed to be the real Alt-Right did so often burning the fuel of others who came before them without giving them credit before moving on to the next thing. Infowars, and America First, among others, are parasites feeding off of the energy of others. That's a rant for another time though.

I still am waiting for the official break up with Mark Brahmin. That's going to be so fun to watch.
I remember when he originally "broke up" with Jason Reza Jorjani. After months, if not years, of inviting Jorjani (who is Iranian) to speak at conferences and hosting his articles, even introducing him before his speech during the infamous 2016 NPI conference as having a "very high IQ," Spencer posted a web page explaining his side of the event, portraying Jorjani as some kind of weird kook, along with a cartoon image of a crazy-looking Middle Eastern man with a turban and flying carpet. Spencer is very petty.

He put out a really dumb Twitter thread the other day about the shooting in the buffalo. While it went largely ignored as all his tweets do, this one just happened to get heavily ratioed for reasons you can all understand.

>The prominent neo-Nazi Richard Spencer disavowed white nationalism after being spotted on the Bumble dating app as describing himself as politically moderate, Jezebel editor-in-chief Laura Bassett reported.

>When contacted by Jezebel and asked about why his political views appeared to have changed, Spencer responded: "If you're on a path that leads nowhere, you have to rethink things."

Richard Spencer will never NOT be a white supremacist. As much as he wants to remove the association with Charlottesville and the Alt Right, and either prostrate himself to the mainstream or somehow slip into obscurity (that would be the smart thing honestly).

It's clear though now he's in some sort of purgatory, he wants so badly to be free of being "far right" but he can't leave. He'll be forever in limbo, and that is the most deserving fate honestly. Hated and despised both by the normies and left as a Nazi, and by the far right as a grifting egotistical liar who never believed in anything but the beauty of his own voice.

Mainstream liberal outlets are...predictably not buying this. They still think he's a Nazi.

Spencer doesn't have a lot of options. Look at what happened to Matt Heimbach (a contemporary of Spencer's, who was involved in various racialist groups and came out as an anti-racist in 2020, IIRC). If you go to his SPLC page, it treats him as if he is still an enemy, and mentions in a single sentence that he apparently rescinded his views.

1) Become a fed. Occupy a position of being simultaneously hated by the left and mainstream, because you continue to talk like a radical, and also hated by anyone who shares your radical ideology, if they find out that you're compromised. The benefit to this is that you don't go to jail.
2) Become a born-again liberal. If he does this, he will be featured in a few media articles and features for a few weeks at most. When he's done with all that, he will be treated with suspicion and hatred by leftists.
3) Continue to occupy the same position that he has for a long time. This is not an appealing option for a guy who is losing interest and is already considered untrustworthy, but this is his best option for saving his dignity.

If Spencer thinks he is going to occupy a fourth option where he can continue to act like a James Bond villain but liberals will tune in to listen to his novelty takes, that's too bad for him.

I read some Antifa twitter say once that "ex far right" members, to atone have to basically debase themselves for life, because of how badly they hurt POC with their mean words and stuff(as well as actually hand over all information on former friends, associates etc.. to be doxed). The comments of the Jezebel article demanded as much, and they clearly had not paid attention to what his actual "beliefs" are.

Spencer is way too proud for this, and he's also not some random ex neo nazi street thug that can abase himself before blacks and Jews in repentance, he's a leader and a visible one at that. He will never be accepted by the mainstream, he will never get that ticket telling him he can come back into "normal" society, and be accepted or at least tolerated by the people he wants to be accepted by.

Its clear he despises the actual right-both Trumpists, Fuentes' people, even former associates like Keith Woods, I haven't seen an official break from Brahmin yet-but at least some of Mark's e-cult have turned on him for his pro EU and pro Ukraine stances.

Its honestly kind of pitiable, he is forever going to be associated with people he likely thinks are beneath him and who hold views and ideas he finds unconscionable, but he will never get mainstream acceptance. But then he is Richard Spencer, so I almost feel sorry for him, almost.

When is this stupid fuck gonna realize he's further embarrassing himself. Richard dug himself such a deep hole he'll likely never get out of.
