IIRC, Richard believes that American minorities should immigrate back to the countries of their ancestral ethnicity, and white Americans should convert the US into a Nordic Roman Empire. Using his reasoning, if black people have to go back to Africa, and Muslims have to go back to the Middle East, wouldn't white people have to immigrate back to Europe, whereas North America would be repopulated by Native Americans and Hispanics?
