FYAD always struck me as just goons shitposting, not as something to be hated or feared. When it comes to actually signing the documents (digitally or otherwise) that make the sale of the site final, I don't believe he'll be able to do it. He's just way too committed to his narrative of "I did nothing wrong; everyone on the forums is a psycho and knows nothing about me; I will be proven innocent". He constantly comes back to the site and meddles with it, undoes his own probations, re-opens and re-closes fyad, etc. No way he actually signs away his own site.

At this point he has detectives calling his latest victim to remind them that he's done this to two other women so she doesn't fall for his claims of innocence, so the local courts know who he is and are probably tired of his shit.

That isn't the incident he is being charged for though. The wake up punchy incident was the day before the incident he was charged for, in which logan passed out while trying to eat dinner and got taken to the hospital. The investigation is still ongoing so we won't get a report for a long time and no one is saying anything about what happened between them. All the info we got from logan is she passed out after getting only a bite of her dinner tendies and she had a black eye, and that he told her to make posts and a video denying violence had happened. The court date is next month so details should be coming at that time.
