I doubt Generalplan Ost could actually have happened, given the high levels of PTSD in the Einsatzgruppen and the fact that there were far more Slavs and Balts than there were Jews.
Not to mention that many of the groups targeted were Catholics or Lutherans, and both the Catholic and Lutheran churches had spoken out when their members were murdered in Aktion T4, so it's hard to see why they'd stand idly by.

The rascal Adolf betrayed every nation he made a deal with. The US and UK would never have teamed up with Hitler, so it is unlikely there would be some grand anti-commie alliance. If the jerries had somehow won their Russo-European wars, in the following years, they would have stolen atomic secrets, or developed their own bomb by the 1950s. In this total dystopia, I would say a serious war between a triumphant Reich and the US would be quite certain. Give the nazi habit of "going a bit too far", they most likely would have gone quickly to the atomic option as a display of might. Basically, the world would be a vast battlefield of destruction, and I think civilization would collapse.
Anyway - Enough alt-history autism. What does it matter now? We have this reality, and we are stuck with it.
