Sounds like how I see a lot of the resistance happening: just letting everything burn down because there’s nothing worth fighting for annd preserving and just deciding to build on the ashes. It’s probably the ideological reasons why We haven’t seen things like OKC or a repeat of Christchurch.

Marie Antoinette didn't do anything to anyone.
The entire "let them eat cake" has been misappropriated by gay faggots.
In paris of the 18th century, food was expensive. Bakers wanted to maximize their profits and thus mainly wanted to bake luxury breads (brioche, the "cake" Marie Antoinette was talking about). However, to make sure that the lower classes had at least something to eat, the bakers guild were obligated to bake a certain amount of basic, cheap brown bread for the commoners.
When the harvests of the late 18th C fail, and famine threathens paris, the bakers focus on their well-paying brioche and literally do not give any fucks about the poors and their brown bread that they do not profit off.
It is here that Marie Antoinette says "let them eat cake". The coffers of the French monarchy opened to pay for the expensive brioche, so that they at least might eat something.

The french have always been degenerate fucks, but to think that those aristocrats were actively cruel is a fabrication by radical democrats and their ilk.
