Famous rapper DaBaby made a video of himself cooking breakfast and you can hear the smoke alarm chirp in the background. Black people stereotypically don't change the batteries of their smoke alarms and let it chirp 24/7. And the meme is showing desperate anti racists who chalk up every negative stereotype about black people to "socio-economic issues" hopelessly watching wealthy black people also not changing their batteries.

I don't like it either, but I get why they exist. It's way easier to spread those memes on stricter platforms like Facebook. Saying nigger outright is grounds for a super-ultra-mega-giga permaban cancelling but cut a little of it out (text or video) and it doesn't even get reported.

I think it's funnier to not outright say it, for the same reason that a bleeped out swear is funnier than just hearing the swear.
