Corrections. There are two. One, I am a SHE and two, I am not an idiot because I called the webcomic community out on their shit. SM is not universially hated by any natural means. Read the comic and maybe you’ll see that it’s actually a mockery of everything those “bad reviews” thought it ACTUALLY was. Also, the SJ’s are the ones supplying income to Jeph and Willis so they could buy reviews by Soloman and elsewhere.

I can only accept people hated SM but only because they hated freedom of speech and clever satire on pop culture.

You know, even if you might be a troll, you do have logic on one thing; that maybe sticking it to the oppressive webcomic community might not help SM. My problem is I don’t know if the creators would get upset if I posted half of their archive on my tumblr and thus flag it. At least with my honest opinions nobody can take them down without treading on the first amendment. Still, if nobody flips out about me posting the NSFW comics maybe I will make this more about this being SM’s grave site and memorial.

When I saw the word "Gaiash" I clicked on his name and yes, it is the same "Gaiash" who used to flame around like a little autist on the Serebii forums many years back.

Oh boy. This will be fun. :popcorn:
 
All this mention of Shredded moose, got me going back to John Solomon's webcomic reviews, fuck these comics are terrible. His reviews are how I discovered Dominic Deegan.
 
I haven't actually read that one, so I wouldn't know. I was just talking about how a lot of web comic creators, can't handle criticism.
 
Really, to see an old lolcow of mine interacting with a newer one! So awesome!

Nobody here knows who Gaiash is, of course, but I used to converse with him around like 2005 on the Serebii Pokemon site. He was an autistic, not a bad one, but he still used it as a skirt to hide behind his wrongdoings. He really was pretty lulz worthy, he'd throw a tantrum if you called him "Graiash" and declared war on anyone who thought Ash's Bulbasaur and Corphish should evolve. He even disliked the idea of May's Bulbasaur evolving (but when it actually did, he claimed he didn't mind because it wasn't "poorly written" even though it happened offscreen...)

His lulz culminated when he posted a badly drawn image of Ash & May embracing each other. He :briefs: over every single constructive comment.

Me and the "Inner Circle" of the time just sat there like :popcorn:

But this isn't about Gaiash though, just wanted to spread around his story.
 
I don't really go to Serebii anymore, maybe I drop in 2 months or so?

During my last few years though, he wasn't that active. He kinda became less active around 2008. That art thing was a pretty low point for him, the whole thing was humiliating for him, and a lot of people (including myself) flamed him a bit. Nobody was really in the wrong though, he posted a fan work expecting comments, but being autistic, did not know how to handle constructive criticism (which is, of course, allowed).

He might still post every know and then, but not so much in the anime section where I'd usually converse with him. Him and I both kinda distanced ourselves from the anime after the "Advanced Generation."

But what about Rika? I would wager he hasn't learned his lesson or calmed down? Any word on him? Is the poor dear allright?

He seems like he needs a good and through scrub down/ disinfecting
 
Short of some sort of drastic intervention (near death experience, relationship, lifestyle changes, involuntary commitment), (s)he's about as good as (s)he'll ever get. For what it's worth, let's just hope that the show doesn't end too soon
 
What is he even? Is all he is just a crack whore who lives with his parents, and his mommy drives him to orgies and clients?

It seems he comes from means, and theoretically could get some kind of help... I would love a more extensive rikapedia..

Speaking of incarcerated,

Hasn't Rika commited a few incarcerable offenses? I know prostitution, intentionally infecting people with herpes, and having "forced" sex rps with 13 year olds are all crimes. Kind of a wonder a troll hasn't turned him in yet.

And lucky thing too. Once you go to prison, even for a little bit, it is far harder to get an nice job and a normal life.
