Okay, this dude dresses up as a woman, speaks in the stereotypical gay voice in a serious manner, sleeps with his mom, calls himself a slut, whacks off on barbie dolls... Yeah, I think that miiiight be lolcow material once I manage to comprehend all of this.

He was born Robert, but his own explanation for his cross-dressing changes every time he tells the story. At times he's a sexy man who dresses like that to get girls to like him at other times he's a transsexual who's expressing her inner self. He's also claimed to be intergendered or gender queer.
It's hard to know with certainty how honest someone is when the person you're talking to is drunk, high or in a molten tard-rage during which he flings his own poop, and since those are Rob's seemingly only states of being any speculation is just a crapshoot.

First of all, throwing your feces is only a crime if the owner of the establishment choses to persecute you, so unless Virgina and Wayne decides to call the authorities it will never be in any criminal record.
