I Cant Log-In on Deviantart right now but back two years ago i gave him Points for a Image of a Character i own. alot of people did.. Then he fucking says "im gonna stop doing commissions and return points" guess what? nobody got their points back at all..

The only difference with Riolu is theres more detail in the collar.. thats pretty much it
