Iirc his wife went crazy and shot him to death.
After relapsing on cocaine with Andy Dick who gave her cocaine despite knowing she was in recovery. Then he taunted Jon Lovitz about it later and said "you're next" and Lovitz beat the everloving shit out of him.

I can't wait to see Andy Dick in this thread for its actual purpose.

Dammit. Always loved TOH, even the later seasons. Russell Morash, the guy who invented how-to TV with shows like The French Chef, Victory Garden, and This Old House passed away earlier this year, too. I recall seeing one show from a recent season where Tommy Silva, the long time contractor construction guy on the show, went to a factory that was manufacturing doors or something with high tech equipment, in Los Angeles, I think. One of the employees was trans and wearing a dress and everything, and poor Tommy just had to grin and bear it. You know he had things to say when he got home. I'll be sad when he goes, he's one of the links to the original seasons of the show.

Kino Casino pressed Andy the day before the anniversary of Phil's death. I think it was just a coincidence.

"Tell us how you got him killed..."

Yes for Phil and all the men, women and probably kids he has SA'd Andy deserves death. Currently he is a homeless drifter getting high and mooching off of other celebrities. I am shocked he is still alive.

Surprised nobody has reported on this one yet.

Norwegian sound engineer / keyboardist Tore Ylwizaker, best known for his work with Ulver, passed away at the age of 54 on August 16th from unknown causes. He performed on and produced many of their acclaimed records, and was instrumental in their transition away from their extreme metal roots. I just started getting more into Ulver so this is really shitty.

American musician Daron Beck, known for being a founding member of and performing keyboards and vocals for the avant-garde metal project Pinkish Black, has also passed away from an undisclosed illness on August 23rd. People who aren't familiar with his music may remember his appearance on American Idol. This one also hurts as I followed Pinkish Black off and on since the beginning of their career and always appreciated Beck's less than conventional style.

Yeah, she was a crazy, drug addicted attention whore. In the opening promo vignettes of that era of SNL where they would have a short clip of each cast member, the one with Phil Hartman and the lady with her back to the camera, That's his wife (might have been GF at the time, not sure). If you look close, her one earring is swinging, and from what people have said, it's because they were trying to get the shot of Phil for the promo, and she kept trying to turn around to get her face on camera, and this was the one clean take that they got without her trying to make herself the center of attention.

I'd heard that story about the confrontation between Andy Dick and Jon Lovitz, and above anything else you could say about the guy, that forever earned my respect. Andy Dick is an insufferable twerp as-is, and who the fuck knows how he's ever managed to have a "career", but to openly mock the death of a much beloved guy, and in front of one of his close friends on top of that, it's lucky JL didn't beat him worse than he did.

This photo shows how much wrestling changed in almost 40 years. It makes it even more insane when I’ve been on a retro wrestling binge in the last week and a half.

Either way, in loving memory of Sid Vicious.
DSP outlives another one. I'm sure he will make donation to WWEChampions in his honor.

RIP Sid

Turkey Tom made a killer ass documentary about him. Dick is the embodiment of the phrase "Bite the hand that feeds you"
