“God and I Love, Loved, and will always Love you” – Howard Maurer

It is with deep sadness that I share news of the passing of beloved cult film actress, Dyanne Thorne.

Dyanne was known by many in the horror film community for her role as soldier of fortune ‘Ilsa’ in the Don Edmonds/Jean LaFleur franchise of the 70’s but also had great success outside the realms of the horror genre with a shining career in comedy, the stage and screen. After a 30+ year career in show business with her husband, musician and actor Howard Maurer, Dyanne and Howard went on to run a successful wedding company in Las Vegas.

As a friend of the couple, I’ve been asked by Howard to share the news on his behalf.

Dyanne will be missed by film fans around the globe but she will be remembered by her wonderful work and the memories she created with her fans, colleagues, friends and family.

It has been a personal honour and a privilege to have had Dyanne in my life and she will be in my heart always.

Rest peacefully, Dyanne.

RIP Ilsa and her giant tits.

Oscar-winning actor Kirk Douglas has died aged 103.

The stage and screen actor was well-known for a range of roles, including the 1960 classic Spartacus, in which he played the titular character.

He was also the father of actor Michael Douglas, who would also go on to be an Oscar winner.

Now that's a legend in humanity! Living past 100 I consider a massive achievement in human life expectancy. :semperfidelis:

This gives me hope that Betty White will reach that milestone at 98 years old. F.
