I feel ya. I just read a terrible article on the history of the telephone. Anyone with a blog can be a "journalist" now. Anybody.

Today marks MF DOOM’s 50th birthday. He passed away back on Halloween 2020, and his death was pronounced two months later, on the last day of 2020 no less.

I guess you could say, it really is a STRANGE WAY to go out.

Another strange post:

Turns out, January 9th may or may not be his official birthday. And it also turns out that he was about “85 percent done” with the sequel to him and Madlib’s celebrated collaboration project, Madvilliany.


At least his downloads and streaming numbers went up by approximately 870%.

I never heard of the dude 'till this past week.

He made some pretty damn good music. Underrated.
