Perhaps the reason Star Wars isn't performing as well as it used to is because of the exposure to it people have been given. Like, over time, logically, it'd make sense that the more we get Star Wars, the less people want it. Big Star Wars movies sell well because they're a new part in a series so people are less going in to watch them because they want to and more because they want to see what happens next.

But now that we're getting Star Wars movies year after year, people are finally not as interested because it's not special anymore. There are other movies like it, better than it, and it's not as rare to see a new "Star Wars" anything anymore, so why would people feel the same urgency to experience it?

This is a reoccurring trend in films, hell, Civil War and Infinity War in the MCU did way better than other films in the same series because they were big events that there was hype towards. There was a build up. Right now, there's no build up in Star Wars, and it's for this reason that perhaps there are less people inclined to watch it...

MovieBob: IT'S ALL FUCKING CHINA'S FAULT MUH STAR WARS ISN'T GETTING A TRILLION DOLLARS!!?!?!??!!?!??!!

Yeah, ok. Never mind then.

Is Bob's thing about "Neoclassicism=Nazism" or whatever something he took from elsewhere or just his own :autism: at work? He's described it before and it doesn't really have a lot to do with neoclassicism, just "Hitler wasn't a fan of art during the Weimar Republic and preferred traditional heroic tales therefore anyone who doesn't like the current direction of any art is EXACTLY like Adolf." It contradicts his supposed status as a "critic" and I can't tell if he's just copying some other pseudo-intellectual.

The Neo-Classical thing comes up in quite a few books on the War. Mostly bringing up like you did, that Hitler was more fond of using traditional heroic tales because he wanted to inspire Germany, by showing it what it was. Because after the First Great War, the country was in a bit of a funk. Art had taken a more surrealistic tone. Often being depressing and focusing on the horrors of the war and the post war Germany. And Hitler, being good at two things in the whole world, one being the ability to notice the Maginot Line seems to stop at Belgium for some reason... The other being a master of propaganda. He figured allowing the country to wallow in it's misery wasn't going to help the country.

Which, Make America Great Again, does smack of that line of thinking. Even smart people will tell you, yes Trump is pretty Hitler-esque in his Propaganda. Which by the way to answer your question. This whole shit storm was taken from the kind of thing you'd see on PBS News Hour. You know, smart people talking intelligently about the going ons of the world. But you can tell they have only parroted the stuff they agree with, because David Brooks was on there a week or two ago saying he was astonished that Trump was actually doing some good. How the tax cuts are actually equaling pay raises and how his dumb saber rattling and bluster had actually gotten North Korea to the table (before that got all up in the air now). When he admitted himself, that he said that it was never going to work. That Trump was gonna fuck up this country and that everything he promised were all childish short sighted ideas.

So we have genuine liberals going, well hmmmm this is actually not going as badly as it seemed it was going to go. And gave credit where credit is due. So, I think we should just tell Bob he's an idiot. And even his actual side is coming around. Economically and Internationally at least. Trump's still a fucking garbage fire domestically. For as long as he pushes that Transgender Military Ban and sucking NRA cock.

Does the L. in Robert L. Chipman stand for Lard?

So TL;DR it's both a bit of parroting others and his own :autism: in trying to link dislike of SJW-ish stories to Nazism? It just sounds like a massive leap for him to justify his sperging.

Yeah I got a little off track. It's him falling right into that stupid "Hitler drank water!" Trope. Like imagine if Paul Ryan admitted to liking the music of Wagner...

Isn't it his brother? I thought it was that his dox are the same address as a house owned by his brother.

I haven't verified this is still accurate, but a few hundred pages back someone posted it.

I always thought his brother was older for some reason lol. The Chipmans have ogre DNA.

Thanks, I'll look at it when I get back from work.
AtZ made a video about Coco's diversity. Bobo lampooned it, calling it "'forced diversity' paranoia." When AtZ shot back telling him to just watch the video, Bob quickly deleted his tweet, but before he did, AtZ says that Bob called him a "middle sider" and that he "seemed to be a Mexican." (AtZ doesn't show these screencaps but laments that he forgot to do it before Bob deleted it)

I too, had a direct ancestor who came off of the Mayflower. (I like to think he stuck out his foot and tripped Bob's ancestor who, to save face, said that he'd "fallen" off of the boat.)

And calling ICE an "ethnic-cleansing pipeline" takes a lot of chutzpah. If anything, it's the illegals who are "ethnically cleansing" large parts of California and Texas, kicking white (and black) groups out of their neighborhoods and competing with them for jobs.
Also, you should see what Latin America does to its illegal immigrants. Basically Group A garbering sympathy from members of Group B while they are exactly what they claim their opposition is.

The biggest sinners are always the most pious.

I would like to expand upon that phrase, "The biggest sinners always wrap themselves in the cloths of the pious."

I define piety by action and Bob is about as active as a sloth. While he does have some sort of work ethic, most of it is focused on claiming that he is a virtuous man rather commit his life to virtuous acts because the former requires little actual effort. Additionally, and perhaps paradoxically, even the most pious individuals recognize that they are flawed beings and seek redemption through repentance and penance whenever the commit a sin. Bob attempts to deflect attention away from his countless sins and still has the audacity to present himself as a moral paragon.

It would be quite a sight to see Bob defend himself to St. Peter at the gates of Heaven. He would fit right in with the denizens of Hell in the flames of perdition.
