California's and NJ's populations are growing, just slower due to the very high cost of living in those states. The states with the highest proportion of population growth are Texas, Florida, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and North Dakota, so a mix of red and blue states. The only states with declining populations are Vermont, Illinois, and West Virginia, and 2 of those states are blue. Bob is full of shit as always.
