As a basement-dwelling shut-in, Bob is unlikely to get the virus, but as an autistic (and thus, with poor immunity due to autistic zinc deficiency) with existing respiratory problems, he's probably dead meat if he does. (I don't know how type II diabetes interacts with coronavirus but I can't imagine that it will possibly help, either.)

How is Corona Virus avoidable aside from restricting travel, quarantining people who have it, and praying the government and medical services catch cases in time? Some people have pointed out that the death rate of coronavirus is relatively low and nearly all of the casualties have been in China, which has epic air pollution and massively corrupt doctors you need to offer a fistful of bills to get any actual attention from. But facts, especially those that paint China in a negative light, are anathema to a Believer like Bob. Therefore obviously they're doing it because they're Obsolete Mayonnaise Ghouls, just like the people who "bullied" him in high school did it because they're Obsolete Mayonnaise Ghouls, certainly not because Bob was a fat, dumb, foul-tempered asshole with no social skills or anything. I'm with a number of you in saying that Bob will be fine as he's an unlikable shut-in. Bob really shouldn't fear Corona-chan for his self. He should fear Corona-chan in the event that she shuts down swathes of the work force and his 1255 patrons giving him $3228 in patreon fun bucks are out of a job. Even though it will most likely be temporary, this is the man who needed auction off junk on Ebay to help make ends meet during Christmas. I don't know what a significant dip in his income will do to him but at this point my popcorn is popped, buttered, and I'm on the edge of my seat just waiting for that banger of an opener that will be Bob's breakdown.
