College level stuff usually requires a doctorate, not always, but usually. Anyway, does he realize that google searching any variation of his name (Bob Chipman, Robert Chipman, MovieBob) results in an ED article on the FIRST FUCKING PAGE OF RESULTS.

Bob has EXACTLY the kind of very public online history that will fuck you out of careers in the real world. His ED article accuses him of defending pedophilia. Regardless of if that is true or not a school board isn't going to take the risk of that hitting local papers. Hell, if he were to enroll in an education program he's likely going to be under some degree of surveillance. I've known people who were put on academic probation for posting inappropriate content on social media while they were studying to get their teaching certificate. He's dumb as a stump and twice as arrogant though, so don't count on him doing any of that.
