Bob will rage about it while not understanding that this is a concession that Marvel Studios had to make for Sony to let them use Klyntar (symbiotes) in Thor: Love and Thunder as in the comics Gorr the God Butcher’s sword All-Black is a symbiote.
In his mind there shouldn't have been a concession, Sony should have just let them appear in the MCU because that'll push us forward to the Superior Future!... Somehow.

Well,Bob...you get pretty mad when Poles and Hungarians try and do the same.

"The bourgeoisie are an oppressive class of wealthy elites who oppress the lower class, unless the bourgeoisie is made up of people of color, then it's good old-fashioned honest hard work that got them there, #girlboss or some shit"
Tell me you're a self-hating white guy without saying you're a self-hating white guy.

That aspect really is a big part of how he deals with others : I can do whatever I want to you because you're a good target, but don't you dare come after me or I'll report you.
This is exactly how political spergs think, but Bob is just self-hating enough to show his ass and admit to being a calculating, amoral piece of shit. And he thinks it’s an own. Goddamn he’s retarded.

Was that from official source?

If so, I would be surprised because I don't see the big deal, they could have called the symbiote sowrd from Gorr something else or just change slightly, like they have changed Captain America's shield from adamantium to vibranium, because adamantium was a X-men thing with Wolverine and all that,

Unless Marvel really wants to do a King In black MCU take. I haven't read that even, because I have no clue what the fuck is going on in the marvel comics but I took a look at people's reaction to it, and it wasn't good. Marvel keeps trying these events, and it is just no landing.

Now, I don't know what all goes on behind the scenes at Hollywood studios, and frankly I'm probably better off without that knowledge. However, I can offer my initial gut reaction after watching the movie (short review: a lot goofier than I expected, felt pretty rushed plot-wise, PG-13 rating meant off-screen deaths and no blood, overall entertaining enough, 5 or 6/10 it's okay).
So as discussed in the initial spoiler tag, the mid-credits scene for Venom 2 was a teaser for Spiderman: No Way Home, where Eddie ends up getting sucked into the MCU. Then again, it's hard to really say what that means at this point with how they're going full multiverse with Phase 4. Is it a mashup of every Marvel continuity now? Is it things getting unstuck from their normal timelines temporarily? Is it a giant clusterfuck of "dude just go with it"? Do I care? NOOOOOOOO-

After watching that scene, my gut reaction was that this, along with No Way Home itself, is Disney continuing their angling to get all of Marvel's IP back under their control, if not explicitly then implicitly. After buying out Fox to get the X-Men and Fantastic Four back, it's just Sony with their hold on Spiderman and related characters. And guess what? Sony has zero reason to sell those rights. They know how much Disney wants them to complete their collection, so they can squeeze the Rat anytime they come around asking to use those characters. It's a pretty good deal for Sony, but Disney hates it.

So instead, it looks to me like they're going with plan B, which is to wrangle any remaining Sony projects into the MCU. The consoomers were speculating on this ever since Venom proved to be a success, so it's not like this is a big shocker, I know. But actually going through with this means that, although Sony would still have to agree to letting Disney use those characters, they're going to be associated more with the MCU conglomerate than as their own thing, potentially limiting what Sony can do now that they're connected to a larger continuity. The goal, as always, is to put everything under the giant Disney umbrella, leading to more of the samey quippy stock MCU format that we all know and loathe.

Part of me wonders if that's the reason for the whole multiversal shenanigans in No Way Home, not because it was an interesting story but solely to exert more control over IPs that Disney doesn't own. If so, then that's a whole different level of corporate bullshit. But I've rambled far too much here about things that I have no way of knowing, so I'll leave it at that.
On topic, Bob's still fat and retarded.

It's speculation on my part, so what I meant to say that it is "likely a concession by Marvel Studios".

They're already forcing elements from Marvel NOW! and All New All Different into the MCU with Jane Foster as Thor and Riri Williams as Ironheart which also weren't well received when trying them in the comics so I don't think it's a stretch for Knull to be introduced.

To be fair. Knull is cool as a large-scale antagonist. So he can work under different circumstances.

Since when KIB wasn't well-received?! I heard nothing but good things about that story in particular. It is no TDKR but it is good for what it is. That's quite surprising to hear.

But I doubt they will do it as the dedication to built up to that story would take something close to Thanos. Which I am certain Bob has no patience for with his disdain toward Venom.

yeah the issue is a combo of Covid fuckery with the industry and people being a little unsatisfied with the execution of King in Black. The concept was good, the writer was fine, it's just that they didn't go "all the way" with it like they used to in events like Civil War or even Spider-Island imo.

You had the Sentry get taken out like Worf, then you had everything go from 0 to 100 in KIB. An issue was not being able to explore the interaction between the heroes and the "venomized" heroes outside of a little Fantastic Four stuff.

Knull's a decent pick for a grand saga tier villain if they wanted to try him. He's got the potential to be as iconic as Kang or Apocalypse or Thanos if they really tried.

Jane Foster as Thor has the potential to work in the MCU and wasn't that horribly received in comics. I will grant you that anyone outside of Jason Aaron did not know how to write her properly, but that's probably because no one else knew what he had planned for her. Probably helped that she was an established character too. I'd say she's probably the most well recepted of the Marvel Now! girl heroes push.

(Everyone hates Ironheart, Spider-Gwen is 100% a ticking time bomb villain or major event character death, Kamala Khan's a lukewarmly regarded character at best, modern Squirrel Girl is a bit nonsensical and boring, Gwenpool doesn't sell books, Nadia Pym is an afterthought, and the only reason people care about Viv Vision is that she's Vision's daughter and came out of that really critically acclaimed Tom King Vision comic. America Chavez is probably the worst offender of all because they 100% took a blank slate niche character from a niche miniseries that they could have done anything with and turned her into a character with a personality defined by SJW buzzwords. That and Marvel keeps trying to push her solo series when the books just don't sell. At least the aforementioned characters are mostly legacies that can pop up in associated books.)

Here's a really rushed TLDR on Jane Foster's Thor. It wasn't well-received bc other writers kept going for the "strong woman" stereotype. The plot's a bit long to explain but the TLDR is that Thor lost the ability to use his hammer due to Nick Fury telling him Gorr was right. Jane had terminal cancer and while it was getting treated by all sorts of things (including Asgardian magic), her use of Mjolnir would undo any and all progress in the cancer treatments. As she was aware that Thor couldn't lift Mjolnir, she wound up using it, again and again, to save the world because great power, great responsibility, do the right thing, etc. It was revealed that Odin did nothing to give the hammer back to Thor because, iirc, he didn't want his son to die fighting the Midgard serpent in Ragnarok.

Jane FosThor dies during the War of the Realms ending and comes back as a Valkyrie.

the whole Absolute Carnage and King in Black stuff was pretty alright, I just think it could have been extended more to the rest of the books with more character studies and less spectacle bc it felt like a synopsis of grand events rather than a full and satisfying payoff.

Then again, Donny Cates is a pretty competent writer and had been building up to those events and one could say that KIB got fucked bc of the general covid retardation (Hey, at least they got an alright story out of it, unlike Empyre. That event got royally fucked and it's a damn shame).

Bob's going to blow his brains out when the next Black Panther movie comes out and it's just a movie with Shuri acting like an autocratic monarch who calls african-americans "niggers" and "monkeys".

Somewhat off topic, but since Bob is whining about the new Mario movie, can anyone explain to me what the hell happened behind the scenes of the 1993 Disney version with Bob Hopkins? I heard the production on the movie was a nightmare.
I know someone linked a video but here's a few articles:

And a couple interviews with the director:

Why isn't this man in the Biden cabinet? And if he really cared about veteran suicide, he should have supported Trump's no-trannies directive
I was going to Alog about public accounting but...why? Talking about finance with bob is like teaching architecture to a goldfish. Yes bob, money is magic and it exists in the treasure chests of millionaires like a bideo gaem. All the fed has to do is raid their homes and jump on a brick until it spits coins (or directly steal 0.5 mil from Nick Fuentes' bank account - regardless of how you feel about thr guy that's a god damn nightmare scenario). He should also watch out, Chris may end up on the receiving end of one of those programs he wants to cut.

Bad Things not happening to Bad People

1. Trevor McFadden was nominated by Trump and approved by the Senate 84-10 in 2017. Not what I'd call an illegitimate Trump judge exactly. I'd even allow for Robert to say this about ACB because I understand the logic, but not here.
2. The prosecutors recommended two months home detention as sentence, the judge gave them probation. I assume they'd already spent some time in jail. Nothing about whites or blacks or BLM was part of his judgement but part of lecturing her:
As McFadden sentenced Doyle, he said he thought she was “acting like all those looters and rioters last year. That’s because looters and rioters decided the law did not apply to them.”

Despite these concerns, McFadden said Doyle’s behavior was not excusable. He called it a “national embarrassment,” and again likened it to the police brutality protests following the death of George Floyd last year that made “us all feel less safe.”
3. They were only charged with "Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building" literally nothing violent let alone terroristic.
But at least Bad Things did happen to one Bad Person, albeit briefly:

The Ron Paul Institute Channel. Give them some hits.''
This was funny because while they took down this Ron Paul channel, as Ron Paul's staff on Twitter noted, they didn't take down the channel where Ron Paul does all his elderly conspiracy theorizing and such: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkJ1N-7g9Q6n7KnriGit-Ig

Also YouTube replied back to this tweet and said it was a mistake and reopened his channel.

Ron Paul also never supported or "enabled" Trump.

Better to a-log about Robert invoking this “we” shit. His “no bad tactics” take extends to stealing directly from people whose politics he doesn’t like. I’m glad he’s living in mom’s basement, frequently nuked from orbit publicly and still unloved and un-laid. Robert deserves everything he gets.

I saw this on /pol/ today and I think it's worth saving. It's a bit of a long read but it breaks down why Bob's philosophy and way of thinking is absolutely retarded and why he should fear the real possibility that Komissar Cletus and Overgruppenführer Jamal brofist and give him the American History X treatement.

How long until Bob gets his brother to help defend him from the dang dirty trolls
Chris has only publicly "defended" the superior older brother once. It was right after the Lindsay thing. If memory serves me his response was "I am so disappointed in all of you" with no further context or elaboration. The only other time that I know he came to the better brother's aid is December of 2019 when he secretly contacted someone who he thought was a guy's employer to "inform" them that said guy was really mean to his brother. Make no mistake, it was all in an attempt to get him fired. Because Chris is somehow more of a failure than his brother, he neglected to look into who he was contacting and never realized that meanie guy was self employed and he was contacting him to get him to fire himself.

A few people have asked Chris directly about Bob's retardation and Chris has, as far as I'm aware, always said that he is not Bob and doesn't speak for Bob. That's gotta chap Bob's ass. Even sweet baby bubba Chris refuses to openly speak up for him.
