Honestly, Bob could be just an uncultured retard and it would be fine as long as he wasn't hurting anyone else. Is it just me or has bob been overrelying on gifs as 'witty comebacks'? I don't know what's worse: he has finally realized no one follows his tortuous zingers and he has to 'dumb it down' or how out of touch it is.
Maybe I'm getting annoyed because the last few zingers were just the words from a movie or tv show. The tv show was irrelevant, it was just what the character was saying. You could have tweeted the words back, but he used a gif without context or relevance.

PSA: If you think Robert is bad and you haven’t gotten a load of Patrick S. Tomlinson, I highly recommend his thread. He’s simultaneously both far worse than Robert and a more fun follow due to the frequency and mockability of his spergouts. He also makes Robert seem somehow a tad more sympathetic.
