As an obsolete, Bob should be happy to be crushed by the economy the superior elites have created for him. His mistake was in thinking getting free shrink-wrapped swag from Netflix made him part of that elite. As it turns out that was not the case. Bob, shouldn't you want to starve for the superior future?
The economy terrifies me even though I am doing better financially this year than I did during the height of Covid. Bob's job is receiving charity for Internet busking, I'm not surprised that's starting to dry up. It will be interesting to see how much worse Bob gets as his opportunities to consoom shrink.

I want to note that Bob's language in that SDCC tweet also produces the possibility that nobody sponsored him to attend. It's one thing to afford the trip and everything but to also have to register like a lowly peon and possibly pay for a badge only to wander around for days as nobody gives a shit about him?
