I've said it before in this thread but the whole "Demographics is Destiny" thing is basically a load of shit in the long run, not least because it doesn't account for people tending to become more conservative as they get older, see more of the world and start paying taxes etc

In the UK Jews, Hindus + Sikhs voted to leave the EU (generally considered a more conservative stance although this isn't strictly speaking accurate) by a larger margin than White British did, similarly they tend to vote basically in line with White British at General Elections.
Ethnic divisions aren't so much a factor in voting as class divisions are - if you're poor it might be in your best interest to vote Dem/Labour in the UK for whatever reason regardless of your race. Similarly, if you run a successful small business you probably wont take much convincing that the party that wants to lower business taxes is the one for you, regardless of whether you were born in a country or if you moved there 25 years ago.

That does make sense. Each of those religions love their independence. Sikh's will murder for it.

You're thinking of Freeman talking about his dislike of Black History Month and the implication that black Americans aren't just Americans. I was more talking about the "progressive" belief that non-whites are all "brown-ish" people with silly cultures who will eternally vote Dem and having one family member who isn't white also makes you into one of those cartoonish stereotypes. It's a really bad over-simplification and not really how it works. It's also kinda weird how they don't see it with how often progressives complain about both "Uncle Toms" and people who pass for white.

Bionicle is likely not getting any kind of new film seeing as the entire Generation 2 reboot flopped. I'm not sure how he got the idea Bionicle is super serious when media for the series has poked fun at it's own absurdity before, not to the point of being a spoof of itself but still. The series has also already had four movies, a few flash cartoons, a series of books, and a handful of games making up the "canon" besides the toys themselves.

I've seen the show. it's kinda goofy, but it's not awful
kinda sad they didn't bring the show's voice actors since they weren't bad, but then again I said the same thing about Ratchet & Clank
