I've said it before in this thread but the whole "Demographics is Destiny" thing is basically a load of shit in the long run, not least because it doesn't account for people tending to become more conservative as they get older, see more of the world and start paying taxes etc
In the UK Jews, Hindus + Sikhs voted to leave the EU (generally considered a more conservative stance although this isn't strictly speaking accurate) by a larger margin than White British did, similarly they tend to vote basically in line with White British at General Elections.
Ethnic divisions aren't so much a factor in voting as class divisions are - if you're poor it might be in your best interest to vote Dem/Labour in the UK for whatever reason regardless of your race. Similarly, if you run a successful small business you probably wont take much convincing that the party that wants to lower business taxes is the one for you, regardless of whether you were born in a country or if you moved there 25 years ago.
That does make sense. Each of those religions love their independence. Sikh's will murder for it.
