Hilariously, there's more ideas and it's more plausible to terraform Venus than it is the moon. Yes the hell world with an atmo 93 times denser than ours is more plausible than the moon. It requires solar lenses, a bunch of mass drivers, rockets to propel comets, and sky hooks to make things cheaper, but it's doable... in a few thousands of years.

Ironically, it'd actually make terraforming Mars easier too, because then you have a good source of carbon gases condensed as a ball of ice in orbit from removing the insane atmosphere.

Cornell Law School provides the following definition:

Legal person refers to a human or non-human entity that is treated as a person for limited legal purposes.
Typically, a legal persons can sue and be sued, own property, and enter into contracts.

If "person" is a term of art and not law (and it most certainly IS a term of Law, as the Supreme Court of Canada declared unilaterally and without science that a Fetus Is Not A Person Under The Law - meaning, in that very specific context - a Fetus Has No Rights), then what the fuck is blobbert babbling about?
