And then tell us how he sat for hours and watched the news as the Berlin Wall fell. You know, like everyone who was still looking forward to upgrading to a two-digit age was.Bob will now weave a tale of how he did nuclear drills as a wee lad.
Hey now pal! He remembers Mario REAL well and you'll do good to remember that!Bobby says he’s already been through “this Cold War” shit… he probably BARELY remembers the 1980s. He’s going to have to quit pulling this “call everyone I don’t like ‘kid’” card. He’s not as old as he thinks he is.
This was why I decided to go the self-published route for my book because the sci-fi/fantasy community is infected with woke ideologues that I personally want nothing to do with. At one time I had aspirations of becoming the next Rowling, but after watching how the Hollywood megacorps have twisted almost every franchise I loved as a child into a "subversive" parody of itself. I can't even watch Star Trek: Discovery or Picard because of the constant and pointless profanity or the violent, dystopian atmosphere of the latter that betrays Roddenberry's vision. Why would I want Hollywood to corrupt something I put my blood, sweat, and tears into for years? I'm probably never going to make a profit from my books, but I would rather die penniless in a gutter than sell my soul to corporations who don't give a fuck about good storytelling. There's also the issue of actually getting your original work published, particularly if you're a first-time writer. It's no secret that many of the major genre fiction publishing houses have drunk the woke Koolaid (Tor especially; read up on the Sad Puppies debacle if you want to learn more about that), and if they don't like your politics, you'll find it borderline impossible to get your foot in the door. It's not really a surprise why people would choose to attach themselves to an existing setting; the hard part of creating the world is already done for you, and the megacorp in charge is already paying you (although you don't own anything you write so have fun never getting royalties).
I wish you the best of luck in that regard. Despite having Mario as his imaginary friend, I have my doubts that Bob ever had much of an imagination and was alway inclined to passively consume entertainment. The simply has no imagination and regurgitates whatever his corporate overlords give him as evidenced by his elevator pitches. Granted, no work is 100% original and likely drew inspiration from another source. I admit that my days of watching Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers on YTV in 1993 was the main inspiration for my book and uses many tropes from the show. The trick is finding a different angle. I actually used to create these elaborate fantasies of my friends and I turning into armored superheroes to fight monsters so I asked, "What if those daydreams actually happened?" So I had a hook. I added some themes from 1991's Hook, borrowed the age regression gimmick from Detective Conan, and injected it with a heavily dose of 90s nostalgia to flesh it out more. Thanks man, I appreciate it.
And I do understand what you’re saying but I don’t plan to become part of the megacorps. I just want produce my own stories.
I just want to entertain people.
At this point I'm curious as to whether, if a person who self-published a thing gets "big" enough, whether in order to get it into other media (such as animation or live-action or vidja games), the Licensing (rather than "selling out") route would be a viable alternative. This was why I decided to go the self-published route for my book because the sci-fi/fantasy community is infected with woke ideologues that I personally want nothing to do with. Can Bob even accomplish that? Not likely. As most everyone on this thread knows: Bob is stupid and the polar opposite of creative with pedestrian tastes in almost everything from his entertainment to the beer he drinks. He simply cannot create an entire world in his tiny, smooth marble of a brain. Fuck, he has to borrow Star Trek: The Next Generation as his blueprints for his Superior Future™ without any knowledge of the show's lore. He will never be a member of the creative class and his "intellectual labor" is utterly worthless because be is a lamprey like most entertainment critics and journos. I may be a nobody, but I know I accomplished more than Bob because I created the story I wanted to tell. Bob cannot even grasp the art of storytelling or the exhilaration of crafting an entire world using nothing but your imagination.
Nothing else matters as long as you enjoy that rush.
And never will the trannies he thirsts for.To stay on topic, Bob is fat and unimaginative, and Princess Peach would not have sex with him.
Yes and Jack Black is Bowser.Problematic Chris Pratt is voicing Mario.
How will this affect Bob, another 9/11?
AngryChickenMan's been studying! We just met Noah Khrachvik in our last update. Like anyone new to the Mystery of MovieBob, he mistakes Bobby as an anti-Communist.

Khrachvik is exactly the same age as Bobby, yet anyone can see who is the "kiddo".
I hope this exchange corrects his view: Bobby is just a blowhard who will say anything to avoid an L.

Moviebob doesn't just hate poor (white) people. Moviebob hates people, period.View attachment 2561494
Let's set the record straight: Bobby doesn't hate poor people; he hates poor white people. Because Bobby thinks the odds are stacked in the favor of white people, especially white non gender-confused males, if they are poor it is solely their problem: Bad Things happen to Bad People.
Smugness won't get Moviebob anywhere.
If your political opinions are being signal-boosted by Moviebob, you're playing for the wrong team.Tucker Carlson is impatient about Greg Abbott's reticence on the Haitian invasion into Texas, while Bobby imagines the invasion through the lens of cinema:

Well, "actual Americans" should mean someone who is born of two native and/or naturalized citizens. At least, that's my interpretation of "actual Americans".Illegals are actual Americans.

I'd say Moviebob is actually Satan... but that would debunk my opinion that Bob is a reincarnation of Hitler.
But nowhere in that headline does it say Xi Jinpeng is ceasing the production of coal.Bobby believes Xi Jinping to clean up his acts:

Moviebob: "I am smarter and a better person..."Brexit. Bobby is smarter than Brexiters because he thinks he is not a bigot.

Eugenicist Moviebob is eugenicist. The latest feminist memo says that women have no choice whether to get pregnant or not.

Hm. Isn't Jack Black's voice a little high? I'd have gone with Keith David or someone like that.Yes and Jack Black is Bowser.
I am curious how he'd react to the news.
It's tweets like the first one that proves that Bob is dumber than Forrest Gump, because only a literal special needs person would type something that broken.
To start, illegal immigration does tie into Red Dawn. In fact, it's rather important to the plot. Col. Tanner explains to the Wolverines that illegals infiltrated the SAC bases in Texas and elsewhere, wreaked all kinds of havoc, and allowed the Cuban and Nicaraguan armies through. The way a lot of these illegal activists speak about my country once their ungrateful asses come in, it's not hard for me to think they are a fifth column for some nefarious schemers abroad.
