Not so much a guilty trip, but the last refuge Robert takes when he gets assblasted, forced dignity.

See that Robert doesn't really tackle back against Amanda's work, or that she is supposed to be a failure because she works with the fox news guys, instead he acts as if he is the grow up in this exchange and acts as if he has class to not bark back.
