I was going to say that the picture looks stretched, but the Chippa's kids seem to look normal by comparison, Bob is really that deformed.

To a certain extent, Bob looks extremely odd in that pic to the point i would say the image is doctored to a certain degree. The body is just way too slim to be his. The shoulders for me are the main thing, since those being so narrow make his head appear huge.
Also, what is with his expression. Is he too diabetic to show a genuine smile?

Please tell me lesser brother finally wised up and blurred his kids face out and that you didn't do it.
It looks like it's slightly fish eyed. I don't know what it is. If you look at the stair well it looks cockeyed but everything else seems to be at right angles. Maybe Bob is so fat his girth can bend light around him?

You're right, and I suspect he's loosing weight due to health issues. It would explain why he went back to voice over only on his youtube channel. I'm slightly shocked every time I see him these days by how fast he seems to be aging.

Phone cameras suck, horrible lenses and a lot of the image you see is a software translation of what the light captures, you can get a lot of bizarre shit like that with a phone camera.
Said that, Robert did lose quite a bit of weight, mostly because os the beetus diet and because he is getting older, his shaggy years are coming early I guess.
Also I wouldn't be surprised that, as tall as Robert likes to brag to be, he has a rather small frame, with small shoulders and chicken arms. Also those old man pants, fucking hell Robert, is the gut that big you need to tuck behind a belt?
Still, it isn't Robert weird ass frame that caught my eye, but the marks on the wall... they are not even drawings... I know small kids is hell, but fucking hell, don't let them drag pieces of chalk on the wall.
And last thing, I fucking hate this shitty "look at my geeky kids, we are geeky parents!" these manbabies do. look, I'm not one of these retards that whenever they see a girl with a wonder woman logo shirt goes "Heh, I bet she never even read any Wonder woman comic", but at the same time, dressing up small kids who never saw ghostbusters or have any fucking idea of who Spider Gwen is because the parents like the idea that their kids also like the same stuff they like, and then having to show them off is just gross really.
Not gonna clutch my pearls too hard here, I don't think the kids give that much of a fuck either way, and I think it is a nice thing, as parents, to show your kids what you liked. I used to watch westerns with my Dad, and my Mom showed me the books she liked as a kid, but neither of them were all that emotional invested in it or cared if we were, because I had my own movies,books and toys that I liked.
But this would be the same as if my mom dressed me and my sister as "Little Lulu" characters and showed us around to her friends. The reaction she would get should be "Wait, you still like Little Lulu? Because your kids sure as shit don't"
What I mean is, just let your kid wear the Peppa Pig shirt she likes, she doesn't give a fuck about Spider Gwen, and don't pretend she does.

This dude looks like he had bad liposuction or some kind of lapband surgery. His head and it’s surrounding neck/chin fat looks like someone photoshopped his body and used the scale tool to diagonally scale down his body to like 2/3 the size of his fat head.

Due to the extreme perspective in the background, I'd say this is a poor attempt at a fish-eye lens photo.
First, I'm not a professional photographer, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Fish-eye lens photos can be quite impressive (in a trippy way) when done correctly. With a proper fish-eye lens photo, the focus of the picture (in the center) looks relatively normal, while everything around the picture is distorted in a bubble-like shape. As an example:
A good fish-eye lens photo relies on a clear, central focus, and all surrounding details to be equidistant from that focus to achieve the effect.
Now consider the photo Chris (presumably) took.
The focus of the photo appears to be Bob's chest. Notice how due to the perspective, it appears we're looking up at Bob's face, and down onto the children. Further, look at the extreme perspective of the background, which seems to bend at impossible angles.
Given how distorted Bob's head looks compared to the rest of the photo, I agree with other posters who suggested that it's been altered, We've seen how Bob looks normally, and this is not it.
