To be fair, that's always kind of been a problem with the MCU. Characters frequently don't suffer serious consequences for their actions. In fact, they're often rewarded for embracing the same stubborn ego that caused the movie's inciting incident in spite of the faux lip-service lessons of responsibility that are imparted onto them. For example, Doctor Strange starts off as an arrogant, genius jerk who is supposed to be humbled by the accident that damages his hands and leads him on a journey to learning the mystic arts, but he doesn't really grow or change as a person and is still fundamentally the same character that he was at the beginning of the movie, only he's now the Sorcerer Supreme. Also, in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony creates a killer AI that goes rogue and threatens to destroy the world, and how is it defeated? By Tony creating another AI (only this time, it works). In other words, the exact same thing that got him and the Avengers into this predicament in the first place. So in a way, Wanda not facing any consequences for her actions is par for the course for this franchise.Yeah, it really bothers me how Wanda faces no consequences for her actions in Wandavision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness seems no different.
”Wanda.”
”Well, I knew sooner or later you’d show up. I made mistakes and people were hurt.” “I’m not here to talk about Westview.”
