How Snowden got into this mess so Robert could quote a MCU movie at him: Barack Obama's Administration was violating the Constitution and spying on American citizens and hero of Robert's CIA Director John Brennan lied multiple times to Congress by saying it wasn't happening and there was nothing to worry about.

The person who exposed these lies and violations of the law, Bob thinks is a personal enemy of his.

There are only a handful of Superhero films that I would ever even consider putting on a top of the year list. But the really funny thing is how fucking telling Blobby's list.

Titane (Foreign film he could actually sit thru, but not bother to do a actual review. This was his I'm smart I watch foreign films pic.).

Nightmare Alley (Only got picked because Del Toro made it. Del Toro gave Blobby Hellboy so he owes him.).

Green Knight (Ok movie with a POC in a more traditionally white role and it has swords. So yeah Blobby gave it a best of node.).

The rest are real windows into how dumb and bass Bobert is.

The Suicide Squad, Shang-Chi, and Eternals (All Capshit that either has minorities or made by James Gunn.).

Free Guy (People get to be in a video game world if only Blobby could live in a Mario World. ).

Nobody (That middle aged loser is really a badass. Good film, but does this sound like anyone we know own personal fantasies about themselves?).

Cyrano (Hot Girl falls for the words of the ugly guy versus the looks of the handsome man. Remember he hated Shrek for the message ugly should be with ugly).

Benedetta (Need it even said why he loved this movie? Bob just go watch a porn you're 42 now for Christ Sake.).

His whole fucking list is Virtual Signaling or living out his own fantasies. What a pathetic loser.

Each episode ranges from hour-and-half to almost 2 hours, so they are impractical to archive. Watch them on Chris's channel.

You know, I don't blame the company. I don't even blame Lesser Brother for the interaction. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's super funny because of what we know of Lesser Brother and that this whole thing was kicked off by hashtag actual autist Kevin who has bragged to Bob that he blocks and reports meanie trolls that Bob doesn't like.

What I take away from this is that last tweet.

"You aren't craving the FOOD, you are craving the SPECIFIC PRODUCT"

Even when he tries to impersonate his superior brother he falls flat on his face.

Does Dan Rather still have a show these days?
Dan Rather left CBS the same way that Bob left The Escapist. In 2015 Dan "stepped down" and was in no way shit canned after he ran a story on 60 minutes about how Bush never served in the National Guard. The whole thing was built on forged documents. Who forged them I don't know but Rather staked CBS and 60 minutes's reputation on something he did not vet himself or knew it was a lie and didn't care. So please Mr Rather, pontificate to us exactly who and what what makes a loser and then present us with more made up bullshit to strengthen your side.

I really do not get why Bob put The Green Knight so high on the list.

The more I've thought on it, the more I dislike the film. Unlike the original tale Gawain isn't a noble and good man, he's a very flawed man, and unlike the original, Gawain of the film is perfectly willing to not only make selfish choices throughout, he only finally makes the right decision at the end after having a vision.

In the original Poem, Gawain wasn't a coward, and he wasn't selfish. He didn't sleep with the Green Knight's wife and his only failing was when he took the sash that made him invincible. And in the poem, when he finally gets to the Green Knights chapel where he'll have his blow returned, he survives but is nicked on the neck. Once the game is over, the Green Knight tells Gawain that it was all a trick by Morgan le Fay, and Gawain feels ashamed because he lied and and was decietful. He's then reassured by the Green Knight that his only crime was to want to live. He then keeps the magic sash as a token to remind himself of his failure, and to keep himself honest in the future.

In the film, Gawain passes none of the tests set out and only reveals the sash after his crazy psychic vision of himself becoming a despot. He even sleeps with the wife of a man who has been providing him food and shelter. I wasn't at all bothered by the fact that the Green Knight would kill him. (Apparently its supposed to be ambiguous and that he may have survived. I don't know.)

The only thing I think the movie really has going for it are the visuals, but you can get most of that out of the trailer for the film, and you'd save a good hour or so

Also Nightmare Alley illustrates a great future career path for MovieBob if the whole MovieBob thing seems unsustainable. I mean, he'll get plenty of booze!

Saw this in the SW thread. He looks like Bob.

That’s the thing I hate about modern movies. They reboot and remake these properties and take away the moral message.

I hope Bob refuses to lend support, aid and comfort to the GQP during a time of war by endorsing their latest propaganda.

No Villanue Dune, which barring the ending does something you don't see too often extremely well; it takes a dense difficult to translate book and manages to translate the part it covers in a way even casuals could understand.

Again, mainstream, but IMO a fuckload better than putting Eternals or Free Guy on there.

Also on Titane; I'm calling bullshit on him watching it unless it has porn aspects in it. He got the cliffs notes from some website or another reviewer and threw it on there based on arbitrary measures. And he has to deal with that accusation because in his own manifesto Brick by Brick he admits to watching other people play games and then act like he did. So what's not to say he had text to speech tell him what other people think of this film.

Brainless Bobby will give backhanded compliments and whine about it randomly; wanting to tard tantrum about it because of some Republican liking a Batman film in a different setting over 15 years ago, but not being able to because the COOL KIDS said it's good. So he'll wobble and bobble and hint he hates it.

His brother will probably go "Yeah it was wicked good dude" and maybe have to tell his special needs brother to calm down like he did when he liked Dune.

He won't care, he'll just assume this proves his view that he's the smartest critic out there.

When Fantastic Beasts 2 came out and critics panned it, he congratulated them on finally being as intelligent as he is.

Geez, didn't know Bob hated critics so much. I can't think of a worse burn than telling a critic he's as smart as Bob Chipman.

Nah, he will double down on them and even go the extra mile. If Joker didn't change his mind despite getting great reviews. Then this will hardly do shit to make him change his tune. He hates Batman and the people that like him. So I expect a very passive-aggressive review from him while giving backhanded compliments.

If he even talks about the movie instead of just passively aggressively beefing on the fans.

So here are Bobby's Top 10 movies of 2021:
10. Suicide Squad ("...the instantly-iconic King Shark...")
9. Nobody
8. Free Guy
7. The Eternals ("metaphysical and existential concepts" again)
6. Titane (which Bobby was too busy to even review. I presume by "too busy" he means he couldn't type when his crotch is demanding attention)
5. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
4. Nightmare Alley
3. Cyrano
2. The Green Knight ("...one foot in the arthouse and the other foot in the smokehouse... strikes a strange tone between playful, detached whimsy postmodernism and the grimy muscular sincerity of whatever you call the far opposite of that... formalism for formalism's sake atmosphere...")
1. Benedetta.
> Free Guy
> Shang-Chi
> Eternals

To quote a movie Bob loves:

(The Suicide Squad, Nobody, Nightmare Alley, and The Green Knight are all solid movies though IMO, I'll grant him that. Haven't seen the rest.)

The Batman is getting great reviews.

Could go either way, really. On one hand, I can see him marching in lockstep with other critics, because he's that much of a lemming, whilst praising it in a very begrudging way. On the other though, his hatred of Batman and DC burns so bright that I can see him breaking from the pack in this instance. Seeing as there's a good chance that this'll be a box-office success and get a sequel, his wailing will be irrelevant either way.
