Wasn't the Judge I watched as a kid when I got home from school. The judge was an old grandfatherly type guy.

Actually, zoning laws probably would harm the poor and underprivileged the most to where they might literally stop them from achieving in their life. A rich and spoiled person probably would be able to get exemptions or zoning changed to make his life easier even if they didn't already have the advantage of being able to do whatever it is they want elsewhere.

I wonder that too. We know it isn't a Mac (the people I know who went to a media school in the area used to swear by Macs) and we know he's running some version of Windows on it. If it's 7 or 8 then Microsoft discontinued support a while back. If I were stuck with an old PC that can't run modern Windows properly, I would probably put some lightweight version of Linux on it. Hopefully no one tells Bob this though, the sadist in me prefers it if he's forced to struggle with some out of date version of Windows and a bunch of random viruses from his favorite porn sites.
