I would wager meeting Bob from his college days onward would give the same impression. Kino der Robert is the quintessential keyboard warrior: he talks a lot of shit when he's got the internet between him and whoever wants to punch his smug face, but he becomes meek and quiet when in a real confrontation.
I say "college days" because it's likely around that point he learned to reign in his pathology. I have no reason to doubt his autobiography where he admitted to being a bully as a kid; he had little self-control then. Twitter is a godsend to Bob, as it lets him express his pathology with no punishment.

It's funny because Bob has shilled for awhile about how brilliant Disney is for setting up "a new generation" when...
The new stuff is failing to generate the level 2 and level 3 interest that brings in the big $ branded dollars at retail (level 1 interest is going to see the movie, level 2 and 3 are deeper down the trickle down interest chain where you are willing to buy branded merchandise that is further and further removed from the “source”)
Spider-Man, Cap and Iron Man are holding everything together at this point. Spider-Man is the only sub brand showing growth in units and dollars and in fan interest (confirmed by quanti and focus).
Eternals was the worst across the board, but here is the general statement : female heroes do not sell merchandise. Sorry, they don’t.
Though I will laugh my shiny metal ass off if Disney realizes where the money is and finally starts selling body pillows of their female characters.

For all of Bob's bloviating about how the MCU is our modern-day equivalent of Greek mythology and Homerian epics (a take that, despite its stupidity, still probably isn't even in his top 10 because of how many dumber things he's said), in the end, that's what it all boils down to for the Rat: money. If a hero doesn't sell, then you can expect to see their role get a lot less prominent while the producers either attempt to rework them to make them marketable or just drop them on a bus and quietly forget they ever existed.
Not a shocker that Eternals was anything but a merchandising powerhouse. From the very start, there was nothing for those departments to latch onto. The trailers kept trying to deliver an "epic," "serious" feel, but that doesn't sell action figures or T-shirts. Then the movie itself failed to really hold anyone's attention, just another in a string of mediocre MCU performances last year. A cast of characters that had never shown up at all, not even a passing mention, dropped into a plot that just kind of meandered along, with laughable visuals throughout...what a shocker, nobody wants an Eternals-branded travel mug!
And I'm sure we don't even need to talk about Captain Brie Larson. The only reason that movie did as well as it did was because it was sandwiched between the two biggest movies in the MCU to date, along with the not-so-subtle hints from Disney that "YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS TO UNDERSTAND ENDGAME!" And there are those rumors of Disney buying out theaters to pump the numbers, of course. And look what they've done with her since: absolutely jack shit. This is the character that they were going to pin the future of the MCU on, but it looks to me like something went bad behind the scenes, and that forced them to pull back and try to course-correct. But they signed Brie onto a big contract, so they still have to do something with the character, hence The Marvels next year.
That's one of the big problems that the MCU has with regards to merchandising, in my opinion: they have this enormous (and still growing) cast of characters, but practically none of them resonate with the public enough to do more than watch a movie every few months. For all the mockery of DC being just Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, Marvel doesn't do much better. There are a few perennial favorites, but everything else just falls by the wayside. Same problem Disney's attempt at Star Wars has where they just can't sell anything that's not OT-related, so every project has to tie into that time period exclusively.
Despite Disney's determination to keep beating this dead horse into a pulp, I do think this is yet another sign that the public is tiring of capeshit. I know I've said that for years, and old habits really do seem to die hard, but no trend lasts forever. Disney's increasingly scraping the bottom of the barrel, with literally everything announced being a sequel to an existing property with "who the fuck is that" villains or a remake of something they didn't previously own (Blade and Fantastic Four). When the merch refuses to sell, though, someone higher up will eventually say "alright, enough is enough" and wind things down.
Either that, or we're in a nightmare world we can never escape from, but I still hold out hope that isn't the case.

Basically he pointed out simple history.
If I was in a mood to completely light up twitter this is what I would reply to this with my account:
"Bob, you demonstrated on film that you have no idea how to play chess. Hell you couldn't even set up the BOARD correctly with a box with a picture of it in the same room. On your brother's podcast you were completely baffled by the liar's paradox, something which was referenced on the original Star Trek! A casual investigation into anything you opine on has repeatedly proven that you have educated yourself on exactly Jack and shit your entire life."
We went over it on another thread here. It's just a basic observation that people should be married before having kids and once upon a time 16 year old starting a family wasn't that unusual.

This is still unironically & objectively the best pairing that CN ever made. It was also the most possible one of all too cause these shorts were actually considered canon. But dyke Velma ruins this so I'm actually seething even more about this.
