That's actually a reasonably interesting question. Saying there's no new crime seems pro-Hillary, especially since Wikileaks makes it fairly clear that there should be plenty of crime there. But reopening the investigation that close to election day did nothing good for her and actually put Trump in the lead for a while.

Not that Blob can actually weigh something up like that.
