Not A-logging here but I doubt it'll be a heart attack that does him in. With how he looks and lives, he'll probably end up bed ridden within the next decade. He might legitimately lose his feet if he doesn't start managing his diabetes (which, let's be honest, ain't ever gonna happen).

From there he'll probably get bed sores/infections since he doesn't move around with functioning legs; no way he'd take the steps to do ROM exercises or repositioning himself in bed every hour or so. I forget the cow that died in a bed full of waste, but that's very likely to be Blob's future.
