I met an SJW IRL who believes this. I asked him why, he said "My ancestors came here illegally so it's fair". I won't bother to point out the flaws in that argument other than to point out that when grown people tell you with a straight face that "playground rules" should apply to international politics you become aware of how frighteningly immature people really are.
