I can't recall any incident where Bob explicitly called for exterminating Flyover State America. Even at his most A-loggy, the worse I've seen him say is he won't lose sleep if that happened. Usually his belief is the government should just deny those people their voting rights if they don't want what California wants.

He's not quite getting his Holodomor on, I'm just saying it's not an unreasonable interpretation of the overall tenor of his remarks. "Worthless people," "evolution's leavings," all that. The point is he's not just some dude getting dogpiled for saying something stupid: he's put himself out there for this kind of debate and criticism, and if he tries to sue someone for libel he's going to get his gigantic ass served to him on a platter.
