How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

Pretty much the only time he hated Nintendo is that rabbit thing cause of Guns and Prime because of it being first person. As long as gun/first person is not apart of the game he will defend ever single thing they do as he famous did with the fan hated game Other M; which is some what ironic being the fact that the only game I would actually say is any bit sexist but he dose not care about that as it not first person.
Weren't parts of that game in first-person, too, IIRC?
It's been my experience that the hardcore believers that commercial art determines culture, rather than the other way around, are exactly the tier of stupid that actually gets their moral precepts from commercial art. Why do you think this same camp keeps making tormented Harry Potter and Avengers analogies to explain modern politics?
Well this is the same guy who tried to shame GooberGrapers by asking them "What would Mario & Link THINK of us?"

I've always loved this. Bob's so autistic he thinks people actually care about what fictional characters might think of them, despite the fact that, y'know, they don't exist and therefore have no bearing on the real world. And in this case he's using characters with famously wooden personalities so I don't think they'd be capable of caring anyway.

And the guy with the Mario account replying to him is the best thing ever.

A lot of infamous dictators suppressed religion because they didn't like the idea of a higher power than them existing. Fortunately for us, the borders of Bob's dictatorship don't extend past his basement.

It's a pretty important tenet of Communism, which is why nearly every Communist nation winds up with a creepy cult of personality built around its founder and more powerful dictators (see, for example, Chairman Mao, Lenin and Stalin, and the Kim dynasty). If you're promised a greater life in the next world, then there's not much reason to toil for the State in this one.

On a related note, Bernie Sanders spent his honeymoon in the Soviet Union.

EDIT: Also, Bob is sticking his (alas, now confirmed) foot in his fat mouth yet again. Bernie Sanders looks like a hectoring, bigoted asshole in this incident, and when all is said and done it may wind up hurting his image significantly ... which is probably why guys like that retweet are trying to pretend he's not really saying what he said.

What I think is funny is if they proposed this same thing for Islams Bob and Co. would REEEEE about discrimination.

And they'd be right to do so. Can you just imagine the explosion if some Christian Senator started snarling at a Jewish nominee, "The Jews are the chosen people aren't they? So you believe you're chosen and a Muslim isn't?" Heads'd be a-splodin' all up and down the coast.

Oh Bob, you didn't win shit and we don't believe you:

Reeeeeing about Reza, or, "We hate you CNN!" (Forgets in a day):

Wow, what a very simplistic, us v. them look at Bernie's views. Of course it'd make sense Bob would retweet it:

Two things here.
1. Lewandowski was ultimately vindicated when it was shown that Michelle Fields lied about being "almost" thrown to the ground.
2. CNN was incredibly forgiving towards Rena Aslan after he ate human brains on camera. Name one profession where you could do that and they'd still let you keep your job.

Oh and to keep this post on topic...

Remember when Bob was going on about Youtube personalities needing PR agents to keep themselves from looking retarded? Someone needs to volunteer and do that on his behalf.

What is Bob's definition of a simple man? The trope in fiction is usually a poor fellow, down on his luck, who possesses some insight or skill that the others do not and supports the main characters on their journey.

So what Bob is saying is that poor people are all stupid idiots who should be ignored.

For someone who extols Mario's virtues, he sure acts like King Koopa.

What kind of pervert hails intelligence as a "virtue"? It's a morally neutral attribute -- nice to have, generally positive, but some of history's biggest monsters have been highly intelligent.

(By the way, Bob, you're not highly intelligent.)

I'm calling it now: Bob's actually Plato reincarnated. Not only does he want the Republic, but he's now echoing his most famous quote:

"There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance."

That's what's so galling. If you're showing up at video game launches in a Mario t-shirt that groans under the weight of your man-bosoms, if you devote pages and pages and pages of commentary to cotton candy comic book films, if you enjoy melting your brain to professional wrestling, if you're completely incapable of processing nuance in either fiction or politics ... well, odds are you're not exactly an intellectual titan.

Pretty sure that's the DSM V description of :autism:

A person can be intelligent but sociopathic. Look at someone like Ted Bundy. A better virtue to talk about would be compassion and empathy but Bobbo knows neither.

I would say in the wrong hands intelligence is dangerous perhaps more than ignorance. Some of the worst atrocities mankind has been committed were due to intelligent people. Also, why does Bob equate intelligence to being College Educated since now the market is so saturated in degrees, it is starting to make them worthless even now at the master levels

IIRC, he has a hate boner for the show My Name Is Earl just because the main character's a dumb guy, ignoring the fact that he's a dumb guy genuinely trying to do good and improve as many people's lives as he can.

Now I'm wondering what the last altruistic thing Bob's ever done for somebody else was.
