Probably, they both love going "Oh my god, this is my favorite series, I loved it since I was a child" and it's something that's only existed for like six years or they can't tell you anything beyond vague "it's so good!". People get pissy when you bring up the concept of being a "fake fan" but Bob "Punisher is an episodic character" Chipman is a good example.
He's probably in a depressive state but won't announce it on Twitter (like what Dobson does).
