This isn't the first time he's had the awesome chutzpah to insult someone else's physical appearance. I think he does it on purpose to lure people into making fun of him so has an excuse to be rude right back to them.

I've had a whole day to collect Bob's atismu, so here we go:

Despite that, he still thinks that the FBI and ATF should still be around, and wants to abolish ICE.

He specifically called him "methhead Dave Franco", despite the fact that anyone would prefer to fuck CRG over Bob if they had the choice.
Now that I think about it, he really will write off anyone more relevant than he is if they disagree with him. He thinks YMS is just "some movie blogger", defined VideoGameDunkey through his video criticizing game journalists and doesn't want to be called a YouTuber, despite the fact that being one is his job. You'd have to turn to DSP in order to find a more hermetical YouTuber than Bob.
