I wonder why nobody calls him “Chippah.” It seems to be such a fitting nickname.
Bob “Chippah” Chipman.

He's using "iconic" again talking about the new Spider-Man animated movie.

I bet Bob would lose it if he saw what was happening in the comics right now. Namely the stuff about Miles wanting to break away from Peter's shadow unlike earlier stories where he was trying to emulate him and how it's being implied that he might make a new identity for himself instead of being "Spider-Man but (half) black". Unless he blueballs us which wouldn't be shocking, it's been a reoccurring theme in recent Miles comics that "Peter Parker is Spider-Man". Considering Bendis is leaving Marvel and the character is a weird self-insert for his kids, I could see this as his last move to try to move the character away from inevitable irrelevance.

I guess what I'm saying is....no one gives a fuck about Miles as Spider-Man, they see him as a sidekick or a what if at most. Even woke SJWs want black Peter instead of Miles. lol

This may be controversial, but I liked Miles' early Ultimate-imprint comics. And I think there is space for both Parker and Miles, similar to how DC does with its Flash & Green Lantern franchises.

It's worth noting that regardless of if Bendis does give him a new superhero alias in the current arc or not, he has rarely been marketed as Spider-Man anyways. They always use weird names like "Kid Arachnid" for merchandise and I'm not sure of their reasoning.

I don't dislike the kid either outside when people push him as "the future" with Peter getting dicked over for no reason. No one you talk to, especially kids will think "Miles Morales" if you say "Spider-Man".

Miles is WAAAY before the SJW shenanigans began. His character is actually much better when he has to deal with his own life, and how much he can carry the legacy of Spider-man. The ultimate line up with both Spider-men was praised for a reason. It made sense to try, and move him away from Peter.

The problem with Bob's argument is the fact that Miles hasn't reached the levels of iconic than his predecessor. The shot wouldn't hold impact BECAUSE NOBODY RECOGNIZE WHO MILES IS. This film will serve a introduction for everyone that's causal.

I think the name Kid Arachnid comes from the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series, because Miles decides he needs a new name when he gets stuck in the universe where Peter Parker is still alive.

And when reeeeeeeeeing to the head of Patreon didn't work out, Bob falls on his next line of defense.

Stereotyping others.

He is assuming there are no MBA types in Patreon already.

At least the "cruchy beardo-code-bros with surrogate-daddy-crushes" would end up being the beneficiary of "money-sorcery" and set for life when someone buys their startup, while the grunchy beardo-basement-dweller with surrogate-mommy crushes will end up high and dry as the feminist-sorcery goes poof!

After being cucked by Patreon, Bob turns to his hobby of attacking his imaginary enemies.

So many things I could say about this.
1. About "Disney Channel" casts, isn't that part of why he hated Homecoming? He liked "diversity" but couldn't stop going on about it not being a continuation of Raimi's films to the point he pitched his bad Clone Saga/OMD/Civil War mash-up idea

2. Shouldn't he be happy if his enemies have no issues with monopolies like he is?

3.How does this relate to hating women? That seems like a leap

4. It probably has more to do with how their counterparts have been all over everything while many A-listers were out of the picture in the comics. That and characters like America Chavez are giant stereotypes if anyone bothered to read them (Not that the cartoon will keep those personalities). Did you not expect that when you go on about how what people want will be phased out for what's in that cartoon? Call me dramatic but how is "you will be replaced" a harmless idea to get into people's heads instead of a confrontational one? All you had to do was not push that untrue narrative.

It’s been stated before but a fellow Kiwi met Bob at a con irl and he’s just as abrasive in person. The only reason Bob hasn’t been fed his own teeth is because he doesn’t leave the house for anything but greasy fast food.
@LordKaT met him IRL when he was being looked at as a potential Channel Awesome producer. I think this was before all the "Superior Future" stuff, but apparently he was just as insufferable back then as he is.

Abrasive in real life and on the Internet, why does that sound familiar?
