Careercow Robert Chipman / Bob / Moviebob / "Movieblob" - Middle-Aged Consoomer, CWC with a Thesaurus, Ardent Male Feminist and Superior Futurist, the Twice-Fired, the Mario-Worshipper, publicly dismantled by Hot Dog Girl, now a diabetic

How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

I was bothered by Carrie Fisher's face more than the logic of some spaceship being able to track another spaceship.

Fuck's sake people - the curse of Star Wars strikes again, where its mere mention is enough to derail a thread into off-topic autism.

Incidentally, I liked The Last Jedi, but seeing Bob flail around like a fat, autistic sea lion at anyone who dares question that is... well, completely unsurprising.

What do you expect from perhaps one of the biggest and most beloved movie franchises in film history? Bob however is oblivious towards that while he does into his own diabetic diatribes of why a mediocre superhero movie is the worst thing ever in a rather ironic twist.

I think I'll just avoid the thread until Bob stop sperging about TLJ since that film is quite a sensible topic around the kiwis.

Full disclosure I did like the the film alot. But I'm not ignorant of its flaws.

Oh, I don't care if someone liked it. As much as I disliked it, there is some genuinely good stuff in it.

But yes, let's not derail.

Blob is only half-right. Venkman and the boys going into business for themselves was a crucial element of the story, but the Busters were blue-collar workers at their core like exterminators and plumbers. The people HATES and seeks to disenfranchise (Fuck, can Blob even unplug a toilet?)
Bob can barely unplug his arteries, much less a toilet.

So no. Hell, I bet he doesn't even know what the term "Blue-Collar" even is.

He doesn't even know who he is.
He claims to be the cultural elite one moment, and "working class" the other.
He already seems to think the rich are oppressed by the poor so maybe he considers the "cultural elite" to be the "true working class"?

Has anyone ever asked him, since he goes on and on about blue collar workers being sub-human garbage people and all that, what exactly he’s doing to better mankind and bring them toward his Superior Future?

Why that's easy. He remains in his "Basement Apartment" 24 hours a day and has virtually no personal interaction with mankind at large. That alone should qualify him for a Nobel Prize.

Another question I would ask Bob is, "Why is it that in nearly every "reimagining" of an old TV/Movie franchise you produce, you have the main cast getting together to fight some iteration of the Old Testament God? Why do you hate God so much? What did He ever do to you to make you so pissed off?"

And then I'd look Bob up and down and realize that my question had been answered.

The closest I remember besides him going on about preparing himself for "the Superior Future" was some generic nonsense about how he speaks up for marginalized voices and provides them a platform.

Well this isn't the only time he has said stuff like this. Alot of the underlying themes in most of his "projects" is the abject hatred of religion and those who follow it. I have noticed this with alot of Euphorics and even Atheists in general that they tend to be that way because they had shitty experiences at church or had a traumatic experience and felt like God abandoned them so it is not believing in whatever form a God or gods take to scorn them.

I guess I would scorn God too if I was 37 year old man who has failing health, lives in a basement apartment with not even a spouse or someone to genuinely love him, makes his existence by being a hack, has an unearned sense of achievement and thinks their better than most, and probably knows that he his hated by most, if not nearly all people.

Y'know I think we buy Blob a ticket to Detroit, East St. Louis, or the south side of Chicago to actually talk to those marginalized voices he puts on a pedestal. Granted, I have reservations about sending a prized lolcow to slaughter because he would likely be robbed/assaulted/murdered (in that order) within five minutes of getting off the bus.

If intellect has a liberal bias, then Bob would still be the biggest idiot who ever lived.

Since when did Disney, or really any movie studio ever get openly involved with politics?

As someone who worked at a movie theater, people like Bob made my job so much harder.

Yeah, why don't you do something about it?

He'll usually mumble out a vague non-answer about re-training or UBI before writing ten more tweets about his fascistic wet dreams.
