Here's why Wakanda cannot exist: it is a fantasy nation. It is completely isolated with technology that developed independently of modern technology and it also somehow far more advanced than anything modern humanity developed, AND it was supposedly developed faster than modern technology.

Here's the thing about technology: when you try to develop technology on your own you have to either pour a massive amount of your resources into it to keep up or exceed everyone else (in which case other countries spies will steal your advancements and keep pace), or you have to work with everyone else to stay on the same playing field. Any nation that works independently of everyone else without being a superpower usually ends up being a backwards shithole.

Wakanda cannot exist because technological advancement like that in complete isolation from the rest of the world is neigh impossible.
