I think it comes down to the fact that illegal immigrants and Muslims tend to be brown or black, disproportionately so (which is why Christianity is thought of as "white man's religion," despite it originating in Israel and the founder being a Jew, despite millions of African, Hispanic, and Oriental Christians, etc., and why illegal immigrants are thought of as Hispanic, despite illegal immigrants coming from Canada and Europe; more just happen to come from south of the border.) Therefore, the fact that a person supports, say, investigating Mosques preaching hatred of non-Muslims means that person is racist.
It goes without saying, but if white people were affected disproportionately by these policies, Le Blob Butt would be cheering them on.

It's confusing until you realize that Le Blob, like the rest of the NPCs, believes that the fact that you are born Caucasian and/or male means you have an advantage over those who aren't. It doesn't matter if the white man in question is a homeless hobo and the black transqueer person is the CEO of a Fortune 500 company- the white man still has an advantage (somehow).
