Incel, at least to me, has always came off as an insult to level at anyone who you think is on the right. I wouldn't say it's a kink, but more tied into "rape culture" and how some women have shared stories that they lost their virginity before they felt ready due to social pressure. So now, insulting someone by saying they're a virgin means you're part of the patriarchy. But saying someone in an incel, you're accusing them of trying to have consensual sex and failing, so that's okay.

As for the latter, they're not saying men shouldn't rely on sex for validation, they're mocking guys for whatever reason they can come up with because it makes them feel like heroes.
