Bobs understanding of the EU is a little odd, he seems to think it's some sort of unified european superstate or step towards some sort of one world goverment rather than a series of trade, legal, economic and diplomatic agreements based on mutual benifit. He also thinks a proper revolution is just to automate and build rockets... which just creates conditions ripe for him and his enabler family to get day of the roped by unemployed workers without jobs. Also rockets give shit return on investments; little pay off for all the fuel you burn into the air and the tiny packet you lug up.... and you could honestly just have businesses and not NASA do this. A proper and effective revolution for society is to partially wean us off the obsession with college, build up skilled trades, and find new jobs for areas like West Virginia, who needs something besides coal.

I was mainly highlighting that it sounds like he wants to make algae blooms, which never bodes well for the local environment. Coral building programs definitely have value, since they suck away and lock a lot of CO2 under the right circumstances.

Also, if he wants more food, aquaponics, hybridization and GMOs, and other solutions are better picks than fucking moon wheat.
