Because, even though many people enjoy stay inside due to their hobbies, you still can leave once in a while.
I guess bob knows well he CANNOT leave because if he gets infected, he has more chances of dying than the rest of us. The guy's online all the time and even in a bubble you get to know that obese people are the most vulnerable.
Also, the bullies he's blaming are probably the "nazis" who caused all of this according to him. He probably believes that, I dunno, Obama could have gathered a team of SCIENTISTS™ to deal with this pandemic better and find a cure in three days.
There is no new content to keep him distracted from real life, there is nothing to consume anymore. He seems to be a person who needs to be constantly entertained to not focus on his own reality and he doesn't have that. He's alone with his own persona and realising he sucks.

That's actually something he always did. Look back at any of his "Superior Future" rants, he always capitalizes it. Same with other Bob-isms like "Thinkers" and "Believers" or "21st Century Americans Who Matter" or "Mayonnaise Ghouls/Wasteland Ghouls".
It's almost like a book highlighting important terms by using a different font.

The closeet thing you get to a "hike" in the Boston Metro area is the Blue Hills Reservation. Even then you're looking at 5 maybe 5 and 1/2 miles max for a given trail. Not that you'd ever see blobbert there. It a) requires leaving city limits and b) is mostly used by people who bring their kids out there to have a place to run around somewhere that isn't the city and has fresh air. Such scenes of the normies enjoying time with their families en masse would remind Bob of his myriad of failures and that he will likely die alone.

Us armchair psychologists is this thread have speculated before that Bob is utterly terrified of his own mortality.
Think about it.
Transhumanism and life extension feature prominently in the Superior Future.
He constantly spergs about some new-fangled Science giving him a glorious future where he doesn't have to pay for his shitty life choices.
The nigh-on religious obsession with ephemeral escapism also suggests someone who needs that stimulation to be distracted from how fucked he really is.
Plus for someone as egotistical and megalomaniacal as Bob, the idea that one day, sooner rather than later to be brutally honest, he too will keel over just like everyone else is probably deeply disturbing.
Bob being a smoothbrain manbaby isn't an earth-shattering revelation but it almost certainly has very deep roots in his broken psyche.

People with underlying health issues such as diabetes are more likely to be hospitalized and die from the virus. It’s more of a matter of when not if you’ll be infected. Cinema Robert has good reason to be scared.
His precious cape films are being pushed back, he can’t consoom product, his conventions are cancelled, and he can’t see the one person in the entire world that likes him. And it’s not going to end for Robert. Best case scenario according to medical experts is getting normal-ish by November. And maybe other people will flout the recommendations and try to force it because the economy demands it. But Robert can’t. Robert knows that statistically he’s likely to end up in the ICU and if they’re out of ventilators and he’s up against someone else, the doctors aren’t going to give one to obese youtuber.

Such a Drama Queen. And it isn't just Robert doing this, I just find funny that the same people bellyaching about this were the same one who practically lived with their eyes glued to the phone 24/7, and now they miss dearly the outdoors lives they were not really living before.
But Robert being Robert had to take it a step further. It just that kind of sad to see a 39 year old man talking about bullies making the future grimm...
