I think Bob is like a male fag hag. Women who would hang around with gay men almost exclusively. If you asked them why they would say that gay men are "safe", but that didn't explain why they avoided married men. I believe it ties in to an under-discussed facet of authoritarian ideologues, that they believe basically that human minds are just machines to translate beliefs into action like a computer is a machine to faithfully execute a program. The beliefs are the software of the human mind, and all the minds work the same way so they can and should all run the same program, the latest version of the correct program. Their program.

All that needs to be done to make the institutions behave correctly is to update the beliefs of their members, and they are already in a hierarchical structure, ready to receive new instruction. They really believe that as soon as they take control, they will quickly perfect the institutions that they demonized. If this doesn't happen, it's because they are receiving faulty instructions from somewhere else, like the Bad Orange Man in the presidency.

First, you idiot, it's mandatory to evacuate the premises when in sign of a violent break, it isn't up to the manager to keep people in a situation of risk. I know this because I've worked on retail, and it was part of the training. It may differ from company to company, but regardless I doubt anyone sane would keep open during a fucking riot.

Second, killing the tapes can be considered a accessory to crime, you are helping criminals conceal a fucking crime, you can go to jail for that. Not to mention that if Target's main branch gets a hold that you are helping criminals, good luck holding any job in retail ever again. Not everybody wants to lick the ground for Yahtzee residual viewers.

Third, Insurance isn't magical money that falls from the heaven like mana. Insurances companies have very strict policies to make sure that the system can't be abused. If you are to just put away the "TVs and Shit" on the front door, the insurance can simply point out that was no break in, you just gave away product. And that can be even more exacerbated if you are the galaxy brain here and kill the tapes.

Argue all you want that the intention was to avoid violence and break in damages, but if there is no physical looting, then there nothing to compensate for, you fucking idiot.
