First, to the soyface asking to explain the skull because "OMG, the nahzies also used skulls". Skulls are used as symbols in armed forces all over the world, and the resons is simple, intimidation. Here is the Brazil's Special Operations Battalion symbol.
That is one of many examples, Israeli, Russian forces, etc. And some of these skull symbol date even before the "Nazis", they didn't invent this shit.
Now for Robert. The Punisher skull is also used by American sniper forces, and others, not in a "official" manner, but it is a symbol the military and american armed forces seem to dig.
And the reason why Disney doesn't go after the copyright on the army or cops is that it would be considered by many, including the media of course, as a political act.
The thing about the world, Robert, is that it insists in keep turning, and as cruel as it may sound, eventually we will be back to business as usual and it will move on from the riots and the causes of it. And that is why Disney, or any other global company with stakes on how legislations and politcal regulations are made, don't make any waves to upset any particular group.
Sure, Disney can do the woke dance all the way, or more like pretend to dance without commitement, but they won't ever directly fuck around with any group that might have any political influence in the future, because they need their loby prospects regardless of who is holding the pen.
Right now, it all good to have the BLM flags and support the riots a 100%, just wave and smile, but the world turns and people move on, so you don't want any decision made in a moment in a time that will soon fade to fuck up your future endeavors.
So just wave those flags and smile Disney, wave and smile... from a distance.
