He basically said that the German military should "take care" of the leader of poland, and then his argument was "NO I MEANT AN ASSASSINATION NOT A FULL INVASION". When he realised what a fucking retard he was making of himself he DFE'd.

Bob doesn't understand the concept of fiction and how it is not necessarily related to reality.
He doesn't understand the difference between them. To him, reality works by the same fundamental rules as movies do, he doesn't get that not only the characters and plots are made up, but the internal rules as well. By now, his entire worldview is based on how movies work, mixed in with his own experiences (themselves warped by movie-watching).
Bob has an incredibly wonky view of the world. On the one hand he hates elitists like Harvard fratboys and so on because movies like Van Wilder taught him that they're meanies and that you should root for the underdog. At the same time he loves authoritarian elitists because Marvel has taught him that might makes right.
