Very likely. Mediocre dolts like Bob will usually blame something on someone, even if that someone has never had anything to do with the subject, or their reach about it ended quite some time ago.
For instance, it's clear the economy won't get out of the dumps in the short term. It will all be Trump's fault for his "mishandlings" and whatnot when tough times hit the Chipman household and the fetid undeground hole Bob lives in.

Worse IMO. Obama didn't issue a 3 month lockdown on the economy. International relations will clusterfuck as Biden will be seen as a pushover who can be easily bribed. All the alliances in Asia will shift away from the US towards China as it becomes doubtful the US can defend their interests.* Everyone will turn a blind eye towards Chinese acts AGAIN as their economy becomes even more tethered to ours, especially if TPP is put back on the table. Harris would be even worse as she's exactly the type to wage a war over her ego. And that's the sort of thing a president can do legally, never mind the uninvestigated illegal acts.

*Obama's pivot to Asia failed because he didn't know how to negotiate with China. They clearly thought of him as a hagwei, which is why they failed to roll out the red carpet when he came to visit.

We also know how race relations during Obama went to shit so I suspect Biden is not going to give a damn about race relations at all.

I've been watching the news and the excuse seems to be minorities voted because they were tricked but I'm sure people like MovieBob will go full white saviour and say he will save the poor black people from their ignorance with his superior intellect.

First, Akira is distinctly Japanese, moving it from that setting means changing its themes and meanings.
Second, Akira isn’t exactly stellar storytelling. It’s remembered for what it did with its animation more than the plot. Remaking it in live action will just mean doing bad live action shot for shot remakes some of the best hand drawn animation ever done.

I have his Super Mario 3 book as a PDF and rest assured I didn’t pay a fucking dime for it. Can’t remember where I got it, but it’s out there, possibly as a torrent.
