I doubt Bob has ever seen anything regarding humanity's worst actions outside of cinema. Films can only give you a glimpse of how horrific those actions truly were, but censorship and budget limitations still prevail. To put it simply, it's one thing to watch Schindler's List, it's another thing to view Holocaust photos and footage and actually see how much more disturbing slaughter can be without over the top sound effects, music stingers, or blood spurts.
