That seems like a fairly straightforward statement of fact; it is either true or false. Yes, the intent is certainly to say "...and that is a bad thing," but there's only two legitimate responses:

1) Yes, that is true. Why do you think that is a bad thing?
2) No, that is false, no such executive order was given.

The problems are 1) I know nothing about pop culture, so if I were to decide which are the "best bits" I'll just skip everything about capeshit, Hollywood, and cartoons. 2) I don't read minds and I can't predict how people react; tweets I thought of as inconsequential -- like the King Arthur tweets a few weeks ago -- have given rise to pages and pages of discussion, while the converse -- tweets I think of as "hot" but are ignored -- also occurs regularly. Such experience has taught me to be humble and guard me against making things about myself.
